1700 Ton Mechanical Press
Our 1700 ton mechanical press (bed size 72” x 180”) is equipped with the latest in transfer automation technology. With a 3-axis servo driven linear transfer robot fed by a servo driven shuttle, we can move large parts up to 110 lbs through a series of operations quickly and efficiently.
2-Axis & 3-Axis Robot
A 2-axis servo driven robot connects our 450 ton hydraulic press (bed size 63” x 75”) to our 1000 ton mechanical press (bed size 72” x 132”) also equipped with a 3-axis servo driven linear transfer robot. This line can be run in 2 directions to draw your part and move it through a series of trim and pierce tooling or run directly from coil to the 1000 ton press using the automation to unload parts automatically. This system can handle parts up to 50 lbs with the 2-axis robot and up to 130 lbs with the 3-axis robot.
