Ataco Steel Products has invested in an automated laser-cutting cell with “lights out” manufacturing capabilities. Along with flat metal cutting, Ataco Steel Products has the ability to apply laser cutting to sheet metal fabrications after it has been formed. Mazak 6-axis Laser
- New 2500 watt Mazak 6-axis laser, capable of cutting up to .75” thick mild steel. An added rotary axis provides additional cutting flexibility. With this new equipment, we can now offer the services of cutting tube and structural components up to 11” diameter and 6” through feed capabilities. In addition to providing new capacity in this area, we can now offer a back up to our existing 5-axis laser
