- LASER METAL CUTTING: Bystronic Bystar 3015, 4000 Watt Flying Optic CO2 Laser with twin 60”x 120” shuttle tables capable of cutting up to .875” thick material.
- 6-AXIS LASER METAL CUTTING: Mazak, Space Gear Mark II, 2500 watt, 48(X) x 48(Y) x 16.5(Z), capable of cutting .75” mild steel and 11” tubing.
- 5-AXIS LASER CUTTING: Laserdyne, 890 BeamDirector® , 2200 Watt CO2 Multiaxis Laser Processing System. 96" (X) x 71" (Y) x 36" (Z) Axis Travels with removable 48" x 72" table. Capable of cutting up to .25" (6.35 mm) thick material.
- WELDING ROBOT: ABB IRB 1400 5-Axis Robotic Welder, Flex Arc K-250 control with seam tracking, Miller Auto Invision power source and programmable dual 48” x 96” four surface positioners.
- PULSE WELDERS: Panasonic 350 Amp Pulse welders (3) with artificial intelligence power source
- WIRE WELDERS: Miller 200 to 600 Amp Arc welders (3)
- RESISTANCE WELDER: 50 TO 250 KVA (6)
- PRESS BRAKE: 275 ton Ermak press brake, complete with 10 ft bed and Cybelec Modeva 3D controller
- PRESS BRAKE: 110 Ton Hydraulic Press Brake Pullmax with 10 ft bed and CNC controls
- SHEAR: 10 FOOT .250 Maximum Thickness
- CUT TO LENGTH LINE: 48” Maximum Width 11 GA. 20,000 lb Coils
- TRANSFER AUTOMATION: 2-Axis Transfer Robot mounted on 450 ton Hydraulic Press capable of transporting 55 lbs at max speed between presses. 3-Axis Transfer Robot mounted on 1000 ton Mechanical Press capable of transporting 132 lbs at max speed through press.
