We can provide complex deep drawn stamped parts up to 16” depth of draw in a 700 or 1100 ton hydraulic press or up to 15” depth of draw in a 1700 ton mechanical press. Additional operations may include trim, pierce and form if required. If volume is too low to justify tooling for these additional operations, Ataco Steel can provide the trim and pierce through 5-axis laser cutting. Request a quote for large deep draw metal stamping.
